Workout for Tuesday

SPRINTS:
1= 400 meter sprint / rest 3 minutes
2= 400 meter running backwards / rest 3 minutes
3= 400 meter side shuffle (right side) / rest 3 minutes
4= 400 meter side shuffle (left side) / rest 3 minutes
5= 400 meter sprint
this workout will be a bit longer then most and running is sometimes not that enjoyable. Push through it and you will feel a sense of accomplishment when finished.

wow that was tough! It was hot here in Gilroy and that made it even harder. Running is not my favorit but got it done.
