Workout for Monday July 6th 2009


Monday morning workout after a holiday weekend.

Warm up: 20 Burpees, 20 Superman's, 20 Jumping jacks do this x 3 then run 400 meters at 75%

Workout: 400 meters of walking lunges. Advanced use weighted vest 30LBS or 15 LBS dumbbells in each hand. Beginners scale the workout to 50% so that would be 200 meters of lunges with no weight.

This is timed workout, so please post your time when completed and state if you used weight and the length you lunged.

  2. OMG! that was a great workout! took me 12:52 seconds used a weight cinch bag with 10LBS in it. 347 total lunges.

  3. wow joe, what a great workout! Where have you been, needed these workouts years ago. I took me 15:30 to complete and use no extra weight. Looking forward to tomorrows

  5. that was a great work out! It helped me alot. luckys for pushing me. it took me about 17 to complete and use no exrat weight. Thanks for heping me get in to shape!

  14. so far so good.. but I'm home so no running..but will try to do the lunges... as many as I can..so far its been 15 min minus the run and lunges.. way behind..it is okayyy, I am smiling...
