Warm up: 5 x100 yard sprints
Exercise 1: 30 Jumping Squats
Take 30 seconds rest and repeat 10 times.
Exercise 2: Planks front x 3 for 30 seconds each, Left Side x 3 for 30 seconds, Right Side 3x 30 seconds.
